District 44  Charity Fund

The values of District 44 Prince Hall Freemasonry are based on integrity, kindness, honesty and fairness. District 44 Prince Hall Freemasons are taught to practice charity and to care, not only for their own, but also for the community as a whole – both by charitable giving, and by voluntary efforts and works as individuals.

From its earliest days, Freemasonry has been concerned with the care of orphans, the sick, and the aged.

This work continues today. In addition, large sums are given to national and local charities. contributions made from individuals, as opposed to corporations, are deductible when the donation is deposited into a fund which is used exclusively for charitable purposes. District 44 General Charity Fund purpose is to make funds available to District 44 Master Masons, their widows, and orphans,to include  non masonic members of our community wherever a bona fide need exists.

Today, there are million dollars  given a day to help people in need. Be a part of something great by helping out people in need.
